Neural Nova group from Rajkiya Engineering College, Kannauj won the first place award while the “Difikeer” group from Kanpur University was the runner-up at the “Hack X with Youth 2026” hackathon on Tuesday. The competition was hosted by the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET). Over 250 applications were received out of which 15 teams were selected for the final round. The jury evaluated entries based on innovation and technical approach. Prizes of Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 were awarded respectively to the winner and runner-up along with certificates of recognition.
