India have drafted all-rounder Harsh Dubey into their squad for the third and final ODI against England after Washington Sundar was ruled out with a right hamstring injury.Sundar picked up the injury during the second ODI at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff and will miss Sunday’s series decider at Lord’s. The all-rounder is set to undergo scans and seek specialist opinion to determine the extent of the injury. Dubey’s inclusion comes ahead of a high-stakes contest with the three-match series locked at 1-1. England bounced back from defeat in Birmingham to level the series in Cardiff, setting up a winner-takes-all clash at the Home of Cricket. The hosts will take confidence from Joe Root’s sparkling unbeaten 99 in the second ODI. The former England captain has now registered five successive ODI half-centuries and once again underlined his ability to anchor the innings under pressure.India, meanwhile, will look to Jasprit Bumrah to regain the upper hand against Root after the England batter successfully negotiated his spell in Cardiff. There were encouraging signs for the visitors despite the defeat, with Virat Kohli returning to form through a fluent 65. The veteran batter is now one 50-plus score away from equalling Kumar Sangakkara’s record for the most fifty-plus scores against England in ODI cricket.Rohit Sharma, however, remains under scrutiny after managing just one half-century in eight ODI innings this year, while India will also hope wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul is fit to return after missing the second ODI.India are chasing their first ODI victory at Lord’s since 2004, with a win securing both the series and a memorable end to the tour.India squad for third ODI: Shubman Gill (captain), Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer (vice-captain), KL Rahul (wk), Ishan Kishan (wk), Axar Patel, Shivam Dube, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Prasidh Krishna, Arshdeep Singh, Gurnoor Brar, Prince Yadav and Harsh Dubey.
