NEW DELHI: Delhi HC has sought NIA’s response on a plea by former Popular Front of India chief E Abubacker, arrested in a terror case in 2022, seeking permission for treatment at a private hospital of his choice at his expense and alleging a “disastrous” experience during his current stay at AIIMS, Delhi. Abubacker alleged AIIMS doctors accused him of faking illness to stay away from prison.
