CSK will now look to build on that thumping victory when it takes on a stuttering Gujarat Titans in an afternoon fixture at the MAC Stadium in Chennai on Sunday (April 26, 2026).
Super Kings’ stupendous win on Thursday was set up by Sanju Samson’s fine century — his second of the season — and backed up by Akeal Hosein’s clinical exhibition of spin bowling (four for 17). The margin of victory also helped CSK overturn a negative run rate into the green.
