It collected Rs 2.40 crore net on Tuesday across 2,783 shows, and went on to register a 6.7% growth from Monday’s collections of Rs 2.25 crore.With this, the film’s total India net collections stand at Rs 21.15 crore, while its gross collections have reached approximately Rs 25.31 crore.‘Michael’ vs ‘Dhurandhar 2’ and ‘Bhooth Bangla’The marginal jump on Day 5 was noticed across all sectors. Besides the English film scoring an upward trend on Tuesday, other Bollywood releases like ‘Dhurandhar 2’ and ‘Bhooth Bangla’ also scored good collections.‘Michael’ managed to outperform ‘Dhurandhar 2’, which earned around Rs 1.55 crore on Tuesday. However, ‘Bhooth Bangla’, headlined by Akshay Kumar, continued to dominate the daily charts, collecting an estimated Rs 6.49 crore and remaining the highest-grossing film of the day.‘Michael’ becomes highest-grossing Hollywood release in India for AprilIn another key box office milestone, ‘Michael’ surpassed the India gross collections of ‘Lee Cronin’s The Mummy’, which earned approximately Rs 23 crore.
