Lucknow: Enhancing the implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission, the basic education department is set to organise a state-level training initiative focused on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).A total of 232 Academic Resource Persons (ARPs) and DIET mentors from 58 districts will undergo residential training in three phases from June 22 to July 10 at the State Institute of Health and Family Welfare (SIHFW) in Lucknow. The training is aimed at building a strong pool of master trainers to strengthen classroom teaching aligned with FLN goals and NCERT.Each district will nominate four resource persons, ensuring subject teachers from Hindi, Mathematics and English. Priority will be given to candidates with strong subject knowledge and training skills to maintain quality standards, said a govt spokesperson.
