Lucknow: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Lucknow, has discontinued its public grievance redressal programme conducted on Wednesdays. As a result, no public interaction or grievance hearing sessions will be held on Wednesdays at the office.However, passport applicants can continue to avail grievance redressal services on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as per the existing schedule.”We advise applicants to use only official channels for passport-related information, complaints and assistance. These include the Passport Seva Portal, designated helplines, WhatsApp (+91 9454004092), email (grv.rpolucknow@mea.gov.in) and the office’s official social media handles. Applicants must avoid unofficial sources and rely solely on authorised platforms for support,” said official statement issued by RPO Lucknow.
