NEW DELHI: Govt on Saturday appointed two joint secretaries and two joint directors to National Testing Agency (NTA), which is under fire over the NEET-UG paper leak.According to orders issued by the personnel department, Anuja Bapat, an Indian Statistical Service officer of the 1998 batch, and Ruchita Vij, an Indian Revenue Service officer of the 2004 batch, were appointed joint secretaries. It said two vacant posts at the deputy secretary/director level were upgraded to joint secretary-level for two years for the purpose.Akash Jain, an Indian Revenue Service officer, and Aditya Rajendra Bhojgadhiya, an Indian Audit and Accounts Service officer, have been named joint directors in NTA, it said in a separate order.On Friday, education minister Dharmendra Pradhan had said more reforms were needed in NTA.
