RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Central Railway (NCR), Prayagraj will close the online application window for the RRC NCR Apprentice Recruitment 2026 today, August 7, 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their applications for 1,853 ACT Apprentice vacancies through the official RRC-NCR website before 11:59 pm.The recruitment is being conducted under Zonal Notification No. RRC/NCR/Act. Apprentice 01/2026 for engagement of ACT Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The notification was issued on July 7, 2026, and the online registration process commenced on July 8, 2026.Applications close todayCandidates who have not yet completed the application process must submit their online forms before the deadline. The Railway Recruitment Cell has stated that applications will be accepted only through the online mode. Applicants are advised to complete the process in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.The recruitment drive covers apprenticeship training opportunities in various divisions, workshops and headquarters of North Central Railway for the 2026-27 training year.Eligibility and application feeThe recruitment offers 1,853 apprentice slots for candidates who have passed Class 10 with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.Applicants should be between 15 and 24 years of age as on July 7, 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be available for eligible categories in accordance with the prescribed rules.The application fee is Rs 100 for general category candidates. SC, ST, PWD and female applicants are exempt from payment of the application fee. If the date of birth is also the same, the candidate who passed the Matriculation examination earlier will be given preference. Final selection will be subject to verification of original certificates and submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate.
