NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to interfere with the Jharkhand high court’s order granting bail to former Bihar chief minister Lalu Yadav and other convicts in the fodder scam case.The top court also asked the high court to expedite the hearing of the pending appeals, preferably within six months.A bench pf Justices MM Sundresh and Justice PB Varale observed that seven years had passed since the high court granted bail and there was no reason to interfere at this stage.(This is a developing story)
