The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026. Documents identify Singular Health Private Limited as the seller, while the buyer is listed as Sonu Agamkumar Nigam, the singer’s full name.Nigam paid Rs 6 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 towards the registration fee. Including these charges, the total disclosed outlay for the transaction stands at Rs 1.06 crore. Based on the stated consideration, the deal works out to approximately Rs 38,710 per sq ft of carpet area.The latest acquisition comes amid continued interest from celebrities in Mumbai’s real estate market, particularly in established western suburbs such as Andheri, Bandra and Juhu, where both commercial and residential properties command premium prices.An email seeking a response was sent to Singular Health Private Limited, while Sonu Nigam could not be reached for comment.
