Ethan Jamieson, known for his role as a District 4 tribute in ‘The Hunger Games’ franchise, has been arrested. News reports on Thursday confirmed that the actor, now 27, was taken into custody on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.Ethan Jamieson arrestedAs per court documents, obtained by TMZ, Jamieson allegedly assaulted three individuals using a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. About the assault incidentPeople reports that Police responded to reports of gunfire and located the victims at the scene. “Upon arrival, officers located the victim, who reported that an unknown suspect riding an e-bike had fired a shot at their vehicle while they were driving,” said Lieutenant David Davis of the Raleigh Police Department. “Two additional occupants were inside the vehicle at the time of the incident.” Authorities later identified Jamieson “as the individual who discharged a single gunshot in the direction of the victims’ vehicle.”Court date set for April 30Jamieson, who began his acting career with a role in ‘One Tree Hill’ in 2009, is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.Jamieson’s second arrest in past monthsThis marks the actor’s second legal issue in the past year. He was previously arrested in March 2025 for resisting a public officer. He was also reportedly sentenced for that offence on March 26, 2026, just three days after the latest alleged assault incident.
