The committee questioned three women doctors on duty at the time of the incident. Nurses, ward attendants and other staff members present during the delivery have also been asked to record their statements. These inquiries were ordered after the family of Kirti Pal, a resident of Aashiana, whose baby died, accused the hospital of negligence.
