Prayagraj: The result of the class 10 and 12 board exams of UP Board 2026 will be announced at 4 pm on April 23. According to Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, “The results will be declared from the Board headquarters in Prayagraj at 4 pm and will be made available on the official website www.upmsp.edu.in as well as on the DigiLocker portal https://results.digilocker.gov.in.” He added that all preparations for the result publication have been completed, and only final technical verification is underway to ensure accuracy and smooth release.This year, around 54.37 lakh students were registered, with 27.32 lakh appearing for Class 10 and 27.05 lakh for Class 12. The examinations, which started on February 18, concluded on March 12, after which the evaluation process was completed between March 18 and April 4.The evaluation exercise involved approximately 1.53 lakh personnel, including nearly 83,800 examiners. The Board also implemented technical upgrades this year, including a pilot project in six districts — Prayagraj, Meerut, Bareilly, Varanasi and Gorakhpur — where marks were uploaded through both traditional and online systems to enhance transparency and efficiency.Singh further said that the Board is fully prepared for the timely declaration of results, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for lakhs of students across the state.Last year, the Board announced the result in a record time and it was declared on April 25, whereas this year, the same is being announced two days earlier. Like the previous years, results of both class 10 and 12 are being declared simultaneously.
