Vasudevanallur Assembly Constituency (SC-reserved) is located in Tenkasi district, Tamil Nadu, part of Tenkasi Lok Sabha constituency, encompassing rural agricultural lands growing paddy, sugarcane, and millets near the Western Ghats foothills. Dr T Sadhan Tirumalaikumar (also known as Sathan Tirumalaikumar) of MDMK allied with DMK won the 2021 election with 68,730 votes (39.08% share), defeating AIADMK’s Manoharan (66,363 votes) by a margin of 2,367 votes, and serves as the current MLA as of March 2026 with no subsequent changes reported.
