Lucknow: Homebuyers will get another chance to buy budget housing, as registration for 630 flats under the Atalnagar scheme will open from Apr 18. Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) officials said the online process will continue till May 17, and flats will be allotted through a lottery.The available units include 539 one-bedroom and 91 two-bedroom flats at the Atalnagar project in Devpur Para. The flats, sized between 30sqmt and 54.95sqmt, are priced from around Rs 9.82 lakh.Officials said the project will have water and electricity supply, lifts, power backup, security, green areas, children’s play zones and parking. LDA additional secretary CP Tripathi said the registration fee is Rs55,658 for one-bedroom and Rs1,00,852 for two-bedroom units, refundable if allotment is not made.During a site inspection, vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar directed officials to prepare a proposal for a multilevel parking facility for around 500 cars within 15 days, and complete drainage, rainwater harvesting and sewer connections within a month.
