Lucknow: Emphasising that future organisational excellence belongs to institutions that view technology not merely as a tool for efficiency but as an enabler of green development, vice-chancellor of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, Ajay Taneja, said that organisations that fail to embrace technological change in time eventually fade away.He was speaking at the International Conference on “Future Ready Organisations: Integrating Technology”, organised by TS Mishra University. The event brought together a stellar lineup of global academicians and pioneering researchers to deliberate on building resilient, sustainable and technologically advanced enterprises.The inaugural session was held under the guidance of the university’s leadership, including chancellor SC Misra, pro-chancellor Kapil Mishra, vice-chancellor Prashant Trivedi and executive director Praniti Misra. Delivering the opening note, conference convener Sushil Pande said, “The true challenge lies in harmonising cutting-edge technology such as artificial intelligence with sustainable governance while keeping human well-being at the absolute centre of organisational design.”
