HBSE admit card 2026: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has released admit cards for the 2026 written examination for the selection of teachers and school heads for Government Model Sanskriti, PM Shri, Chief Minister Excellence and Elementary English Schools.The admit cards were made available on the Board’s official website on August 18, 2026. The written examination will be held on August 22, 2026, from 2 pm to 3.30 pm. Around 21,096 candidates are scheduled to appear at 69 examination centres established at the Commissionerate level.How candidates can download admit cardsCandidates can download their hall tickets from the official HBSE website by entering their Employee ID and mobile number. The Board has advised candidates to read the instructions printed on the admit card carefully and comply with the examination requirements.The category-wise examination content, area and design-related information is available on the Directorate of Education, Panchkula website.• Direct link to check and download the Admit Card for Screening Test for Deployment in GMS/PMS/CMEEE Schools Exam August 2026Exam pattern and marking schemeThe examination will be conducted in OMR-based pen-and-paper mode. All questions will be multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying one mark. The Board has specified that there will be no negative marking.Candidates are required to follow the examination-centre instructions and other directions mentioned on their admit cards.Scribe facility and extra timeBlind, visually impaired and disabled candidates who are unable to write by hand and wish to use a scribe must carry a medical certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer confirming a disability of 40% or more.They must also bring the required original and attested documents of the scribe, including educational qualification and date of birth documents, two recent passport-size photographs, a photo identity card or Aadhaar card, and verified permanent or temporary address details.Candidates seeking the scribe facility must reach the examination centre a day before the examination and obtain approval for the scribe from the centre superintendent.30 minutes additional time for eligible candidatesBlind, visually impaired and disabled candidates will receive 30 minutes of additional time, irrespective of whether they use a scribe. The additional time will be provided at the rate of 20 minutes per hour.Candidates can download the SPL-1 proforma from the HBSE website.
