NCERT LDC answer key 2026: NCERT has released the provisional answer key and objection management link for the Lower Division Clerk computer-based test conducted on 15 May 2026. The notice issued by the National Council of Educational Research and Training from Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi, confirms that the link has been activated on the official NCERT portal for candidates to access their response sheets and answer key.As per the official notification dated May 19, 2026, the objection facility will remain active for three days from 19.05.2026 at 11:30 AM to 21.05.2026 at 11:55 PM. Candidates are required to submit objections within the stipulated time, as submissions after the deadline will not be considered.Answer key and objection window detailsThe objection management link has been hosted on a digital examination platform accessible through NCERT website. Candidates can review the answer key and raise challenges against any discrepancies by logging into the portal using their credentials. The council has stated that all objections must be supported with valid references, and only those submitted within the prescribed period will be evaluated.Recruitment overview and vacanciesNCERT Non Teaching Recruitment 2025-26 drive is aimed at filling 173 posts across various categories. The posts include Clerk, Assistant, Lab Assistant, Multi Tasking Staff and other administrative roles. The vacancies are distributed across Level 10-12 with 9 posts, Level 6-8 with 26 posts and Level 2-5 with 138 posts. The job location is All India and applications are processed through the official NCERT portal.Eligibility, age limit and selection processThe age limit for applicants is between 18 and 40 years, with relaxation applicable as per government rules. The crucial date for age calculation is 16 January 2026. Selection is expected to include written examination and skill test depending on the post applied for. Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in the recruitment stages as outlined in the official notification.Application fees and important datesApplication fees vary by pay level, with General, OBC and EWS candidates paying Rs 1500 for Level 10-12 posts, Rs 1200 for Level 06-07 posts and Rs 1000 for Level 05 posts. SC, ST and PWD candidates are exempted from fees. Application process commenced on December 27, 2025 and closed on January 30, 2026 with an extension provided by the council.
