Lucknow: The UP real estate regulatory authority (UPRERA) has approved 15 real estate projects across eight districts, involving an estimated investment of Rs 4,826.31 crore.The projects, comprising residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, will together create around 5,303 units.Gautambudhnagar accounted for the largest share, with three projects worth Rs 3,275.7 crore and 2,565 units. The district will have one residential, one commercial and one mixed-use project.Lucknow received approvals for four residential projects involving an investment of Rs 562.96 crore. These projects will develop 1,276 flats, villas and plots.In Ghaziabad, three projects worth Rs 557.4 crore will create 636 residential and commercial units. Varanasi received approval for a Rs 275.84-crore residential project comprising 236 units.A residential project worth Rs 71.51 crore, with 180 units, was approved in Prayagraj. Approvals were also granted for projects in Baghpat, Bulandshahr and Aligarh, involving 206, 174 and 30 units, respectively.UPRERA said the projects would be required to comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and adhere to prescribed completion timelines.
